Shipping information

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
However, custom or personalised orders or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Order cancellations:
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalised orders:
Unless I have the right size available already, all items are made to order so please check with me if you need your item by a certain date so that I can do everything possible to make sure you receive your order when you need it.

Care instructions:
Each item of clothing will have a care instruction label attached.

Cotton and natural fibre items:
To maintain quality and longevity of each item, I would advise that you wash the clothes at 30 degrees, iron on a low setting and do not tumble dry.

Coats and jackets:
As these clothing items are made with a mixture of fabrics including wool, wool mix, linen and cotton, I would suggest that you have these dry cleaned or hand wash as suitable. I will of course advise if there are special cleaning instructions needed
